Possum Trot Hollow Rd. runs along Roberts Branch, following a diagonal route through the southern half of the area.  The road may be walked to watch and listen for birds.  The single gravel parking lot offers a place to leave a car and to bird free of ticks.  Across the road from the lot is an open area (old field) with access to the creek.

When to Visit/Species to Expect: Reports from the very limited number of visits indicate a typical Ozark suite of breeders and migrants may be found here.

Just beyond the southern boundary is a cove of the Lake of the Ozarks where gulls and waterfowl may be present.

Toilets:  None

Camping:  None

Hazards/Limitations:  There is one low-water crossing near the east entrance to the area, and one in the area. Speeding vehicles may be encountered along the road; ticks and chiggers off the road.
