Missouri Bird Records Committee

Each state has a committee whose responsibility is maintaining a state checklist of birds and reviewing reports of rare and unusual bird sightings. Missouri is no different and The Audubon Society of Missouri has a standing committee known as the Missouri Bird Records Committee (MBRC). From this menu the user can view:

  • Seasonal Editors lists the editors responsible for the seasonal reports that are submitted for inclusion in THE BLUEBIRD. More...

  • Seasonal Reports links to the seasonal reports that are published in THE BLUEBIRD. More...

  • Top Ten Birds is a list of the "best" birds documented and accepted by the committee during the previous year. More....

  • MBRC Committee Site is for the members of the MBRC and the business they complete. More....
