• Feb 1  for March issue
• May 1  for June issue
• Aug 1  for September issue
• Nov 1  for December issue

Word documents are preferable, but the editor is able to work with most of the common word processing programs. Don't let the fact that you prefer a different application from MS Word deter you from submitting! The editor will work with you.
